How it works

Two groups, one board

The managing board is drawn from the communities the Trust serves. Members are grouped by where they serve — the wider South Gujarat districts, and the campus at Malekpore.

No trustee or committee member is paid by the Trust for this role.

  1. General Body

    Members of the Trust

    Elects the Board of Trustees and holds it to account.

  2. Board of Trustees

    Approximately 15 members

    Provides strategic oversight, keeps the Trust true to its founding objects, and decides its long-term direction.

  3. Executive Committee

    Approximately 15 members, including the office bearers

    Runs day-to-day operations across the school, hostel, maktab and scholarship programme.
